One of the most powerful aspects of the "What If" UP process lives in the practice of NON-ATTACHMENT.
- What if we could allow ourselves to lean into our emotions rather than resisting them?
- What if by simply releasing our resistance to uncomfortable emotional states, we are able to learn from them with greater ease and grace?
- What if we muster the courage to acknowledge our fears so we can greet them lovingly with the power of our Imagination?
