What if the first step in changing our mood or lifting ourselves out of a funk is simply to stop and take a deep breath?
What if we have the power to reduce stress and anxiety by consciously changing the way we breathe?
What if that deep breath fills us with inspiration for a new day of living?
It's "What If" Wednesday and today we are exploring possibilities for consciously directing our breath to reduce anxiety, change our mood and open ourselves to greater creativity. Join me live to hang out with breath-work experts Deanna Reiter and Troy Stende, authors of "Qi Breathing: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times."
Good ideas are awaiting you today. Breathe them in!
